Police: Teenagers steal two cars, one crashes into squad car

The families of two young boys who died when they were thrown from an off-road vehicle into a waterhole during a Christmas holiday in New Zealand say their hearts are “unmendable”.

Three units under construction were destroyed while a fourth was partially damaged. Several vehicles that were parked along the street next to the complex were also damaged in the fire.
