Earthquake that rattled Northeast felt in several Massachusetts cities and towns

GRAVES COUNTY, Ky. — The names of the victims of Saturday’s Graves County crash have been released.

In an update from Halifax’s mass notification system, hfxALERT, the municipality is urging people to stay inside as weather conditions have led to “many accidents and delays.”
