Developing: 1 dead, multiple people injured in Minneapolis shooting

An investigator with the Japan Transport Safety Board says officials have recovered the black box of the Japan Coast Guard plane that collided on Tuesday with a Japan Airlines aircraft at Tokyo’s Haneda Airport.

He died peacefully in his home after suffering a heart attack, his publicist told US media.
