Black box of Japan Coast Guard plane recovered, says investigator

An investigator with the Japan Transport Safety Board says officials have recovered the black box of the Japan Coast Guard plane that collided on Tuesday with a Japan Airlines aircraft at Tokyo’s Haneda Airport.
