Italian mafia boss who escaped from prison using bed sheets recaptured in France

An Alberta RCMP officer is accused of leaking protected policing information to the Rwandan government.

The 63-year-old, who has been mayor since 2012, made the announcement at Halifax City Hall in a tearful speech where he called the mayorship “the best job I ever had.”
